High Efficiency Energy-efficient Pumping Unit

A beam Pumping Unit is a machine for translating rotary motion from a crankshaft to a linear reciprocating motion for the purpose of transferring mechanical power to a down-hole pump.

The purpose, simply stated, of the basic system is to transmit energy from the surface to the downhole pump.  The resulting configuration has been referred to as a Sucker Rod Pumping System.

"H" section steel structure, high strength and nice load bearing capacity.
Middle width roller center bearing, strong endurance. Self-aligning bearings are adopted in equalizer beam bearing and crank pin bearing, reducing installationerrors and the vibration when pumping unit is operating.
Hanging structure of the horsehead is "self-abdicating" mechanism, facilitating wellhead operations.
Gear reducer adopts herringbone involute or double circular toothed gear, high precision, nice load bearing capacity, and long service life.
Lubrication grease is supplied by central lubrication system, reducing manual maintenance.
The unit has comprehensive safety protection, the ladder and all moving parts are equipped with safety guard and safety fences.
