Key factors are the good availability on the market and the markedly lower price compared to other alternative catalysts such as Sodium Hydroxide (KOH), for example. Application
1. Used as analytical reagent.
2. Important raw material to synthesize sulfadiazine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfa synergist and the like.
