Solvent regeneration unit of Liaoning North Petroleum was completed Oil Plant

The device engineering investment of 32.69 million yuan, designed by the Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company, Northeast Petrochemical Engineering Construction Company, construction period of 10 months. The device mainly deals with heavy oil catalysts, delayed cokers, desulfurization units for hydrocracking units, and desulfurization rich solvents generated by the tail gas treatment section of the sulfur recovery unit.
The design adopts conventional steam stripping technology. The solvent has the characteristics of good selective adsorption performance, large acid gas load, light corrosion, high solvent use concentration, small circulation, low energy consumption, etc. The regenerated lean liquid is returned to the upstream device, and the acid gas is used. It is sent to the sulfur recovery unit as a raw material. The commissioning of the device will greatly increase the company's solvent utilization, environmental protection and significant economic benefits.
